1.When can the goods be shipped?
Shipment will be completed within 3 working days after the pre-sale ends, in the order of balance payment.
2.Can the deposit be refunded?
You can get your deposit back anytime, but once the pre-sale ends, you will no longer get the pre-sale discount. Also, if you don’t pay the balance within3 working daysafter the pre-sale ends, your deposit will be refunded to you automatically.
3.Is the quality of pre-sale products the same as the official version?
We promise to always offer quality products and after-sales support—the pre-sale items are just as good in quality as the official versions. No need to worry about this, and feel free to reach out to customer service if you have any questions.
