I received this set as a birthday present. To say I’m impressed, would be an understatement!!! This saw has worked flawlessly on every project around the house, and on our farm(small to large projects)!! The batteries stay charged for a very long time, the blades are sharp and cut very well, and being able to use it as a small chainsaw really sets this combo apart from the competition. I highly suggest purchasing this set!!

I wasn't sure about this saw from the description , but for the price, I decided to try it. It came with far more than I anticipated with the saw, the extension pole, a battery charger, two battery packs, two cutting chains and a bag to organized it all in. Very well designed. I cut trees all the time for firewood with a large chainsaw and although this saw is not designed for heavy duty work, it is very well suited to trim branches and small limbs. I cut ten or fifteen branches in the first 5 minutes and had no issues at all. The chain tensioner is easy to use and designed better than many large chain saws. The largest branch I cut was about 3 1/2" in diameter. I would not use this saw for cuts much bigger than that but found it perfectly suited to anything smaller. I am looking forward to eliminating all those annoying branches that hit me in the face while mowing. I mow about ten acres of tree lined property so eliminating the need to climb a ladder to get to those branches may actually be a life saver. I have had multiple chainsaws over the years and was very impressed with the design and function of this compact saw and extension rod. Definitely worth the price. I will be looking at their other tool offerings in the future

This chain saw handled the job. My sons and I were trimming trees from 2 to 7 PM. This chainsaw handled the job and the battery lasted the entire time. It is sturdy and reliable. I did have to reset the chain twice, but there were absolutely no problems with that. Awesome product.

This is the first time I bought and used an electric saw. It came with one chain already on, so all I had to do was tighten it and add oil. It would have been nice to get a small starter bottle of oil. I had to wait to use the same until I ordered some oil. Some of the other saws listed had a small bottle of oil included to get you started. It did a marvelous job finishing off a small tree (or very large bush) that I began cutting down with an electric weed eater (with saw blade attachment) while I waited for the oil. The saw I received was slightly different than the one shown in the manual. And I had some difficulty putting the chain back on, which got knocked off track when I got to the base of the tree. But I figured it out and was back at work. My hands are very small, so sometimes it was easier to use on hand to push the safety button in and pull the trigger while maneuvering through those twisted branches. Straighter branches were no problem with one hand. The design is ok if you have average sized hands. The power of the battery was reasonably good. It made it through some pretty thick branches before conking out. Luckily it comes with two. I haven't used the extension pole yet, but I did connect the saw to it and it turned on fine. This and the electric weed eater I got saved me a LOT of money. When the contractor said, "Ma'am that'll be $3700+.". Amazon said we can help you get it done for under $200!

Awesome tool, my sister had one so i had to order one, my brother used mine so he bought one, now my other sister wants one. Very powerful and easy tool to use.

received the chain pole kit within a very short while and since have used it. It does work really well as a hand held saw and also from the pole for higher branches. I did cut the bottom 1/3 of bigger branches before cutting and finishing them from the top. I expect it will last a long time if I just use good sense and good judgement. Battery power lasted long time. Does make the trim job easier and faster then old conventional way. A good value priced kit: bag/saw head/ pole and 2 battery packs with charger. Easy to charge and use.
