Looks great, and works great
The only problem I had. Was they gave you two battery packs, and one of them was faulty. How to replacement, and I still got a faulty battery pack on the replacement.
The company, though was great with responding with my concerns and they helped out and will be sending me a battery packed that works, but it was a disappointment that I had to order twice, and there was a battery packed. That wasn’t working two times.

This is my first venture into cordless impact wrenches, so I don't have much to compare it to. I have used a good quality 1/2" pneumatic impact wrench quite a bit, but the only cordless stuff I've used would be the smaller impact drivers. This kit comes nicely packaged in a very sturdy cardboard box. The sockets come in their own individual protective sleeves. At the time I ordered it was supposed to include a universal joint, but mine didn't come with one. I see they have now updated the product page to show that no u-joint is included. Quality of the kit seems pretty good. The batteries and charger are very lightweight and appear to be the weak link in the chain. The batteries showed 3 bars each before charging, but neither was sufficiently charged to remove a lug nut. Fortunately, my Makita 18V LXT batteries fit this tool perfectly. I was able to complete my project using one of those batteries. The tool seems to be plenty powerful for most ordinary jobs (I used it to replace my front shocks). Probably about on par with my 1/2" pneumatic impact wrench. There are only a few included sockets, but with the included 1/2" adapter I can use my existing 1/2" socket set when needed. Considering the price and what's included with this kit I think it's a good buy. Probably not ideal for a full-time mechanic, but for occasional repairs on my own vehicles this should be a great tool. The carrying case is a nice bonus to keep things together.
This set comes with a nice sturdy bag, that is easy to store and carry around. It is very durable and easy to use. Makes for a great gift. Easy to store and use. Great power and has a good battery life.

**** Update**** after complaining that I did not recieve the o rings or pins, I was sent them by company . the drill takes off the lug nuts on my 4 runner with ease. Update to 5 stars!

Extremely Nice For the price, you can't beat it. Very powerful, haven't found a bolt yet that I can't break free. Great features with the different power settings, built in light to see your work, and check charge level with a push of a button. The sockets that come with it are nice with both metric and standard sizes marked on them. I would recommend getting a universal joint to help in tight spaces. Very pleased with this purchase.
